As the Vice President of Navjyoti India Foundation, an organization founded by her mother, she carries forward a legacy of empowerment, social justice, and holistic development. Her connection with Navjyoti goes beyond a position—she was deeply involved in the relocation of the Yamuna Pushta community, to Bawana and Hoambi Kalan, spending days on the ground and personally overseeing the seamless transition of the foundation’s programs to ensure uninterrupted support for beneficiaries.
As Permanent Trustee of India Vision Foundation, Saina has been actively engaged since its inception, working closely with beneficiaries to drive meaningful reform and rehabilitation. Her unwavering commitment to prison reform is evident in Yerwada Prison, where she has pioneered transformative initiatives, including counseling, education, and medical interventions, creating pathways for rehabilitation and reintegration.
She has also initiated unique programs, such as the Original Mind Awards, designed to recognize and encourage exceptional talent in children, fostering creativity and innovation among young minds.
Beyond her social work, Saina is the Chief Executive of Demonstrative Learning, an innovative online platform that hosts inspiring and motivational chat shows, bringing forward powerful stories of resilience, leadership, and change. A firm believer in the power of storytelling, she curates conversations that enlighten, empower, and ignite transformation.
Her deep-rooted spirituality is reflected in her ethos of sharing, caring, and sensitizing society to the needs of the underserved. As the President of Sai Leela Trust, she ensures the well-being of abandoned cows, providing them with shelter and fodder, embodying her unwavering commitment to compassion and service.
