Introducing KBLL

KBLL is a collaborative initiative of two pioneering foundations established by Dr. Kiran Bedi — Navjyoti India Foundation (1988) and India Vision Foundation (1994). Rooted in decades of grassroots governance , public service , and ethical leadership, KBLL is designed to deliver hands-on, on-site , and in-person training programs that empower the next generation of changemakers.

Who can join and benefit?

Educational Qualification
  • Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Age Group: 21 to 30 years

A Total of 10 trainees spread across five project sites every 6 months.

  • Intermediate proficiency in IT tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A demonstrated willingness to learn, serve, and grow.
